With just three victories to their credit ten weeks into the 2018 season, the Denver Broncos are taking the week off. Much has been written over the last week about how Denver is better than their record reflects. Were it not for a dropped pass here and a missed kick there, the fortunes of the boys in orange and blue would be much brighter; Vance Joseph’s seat wouldn’t be as hot.
While it’s comforting to look back and muse about how things could have gone, it really doesn’t do any good. The reality is that Denver is 3-6 and any hope of playing in January is quickly evaporating.
