EAGAN, Minn. — Two-plus weeks into Quarterback Competition 2021 during Broncos training camp, general manager George Paton said the team is “on the right track” with both Drew Lock and Teddy Bridgewater.
“Both Teddy and Drew just being more consistent, I think they’re both doing a really good job,” Paton said before today’s joint practice with the Minnesota Vikings. “We’re happy with both. You can see — some days it’s Drew, some days it’s Teddy, but these guys are working hard, they embrace the competition – I really like (that) and I know Vic (Fangio) really likes that as well.
