Mike Klis of 9News reports that the Buccaneers and Broncos are “hot on” Redskins free agent DL Chris Baker.
A few days ago, Mike Jones of the Washington Post reported that the Redskins met with Bakers’ representatives at the Combine and have had “encouraging” talks. According to Jones, the expectation is that the Redskins will submit an offer Bakers’ representatives on Tuesday.
However, Baker reportedly has a decent market for his services, which includes as many as six teams, so it’s possible he could get a better offer from another team.
