Broncos quarterback Drew Lock was asked Monday for his No. 1 takeaway from starting the final five games of the season.
“For me personally, it’s just knowing that I can do it,” Lock said. “You go 4-1 in the first five games — if you said, ‘Hey, pay me a million bucks (and) you can be 4-1 after your five games,’ and I would have been like, ‘Alright, here’s a million bucks.’
“Being able to come out of this with the confidence knowing that I can be the guy for this organization — I think that’s my biggest takeaway.
