Former Broncos tight end Daniel Fells has had a scary condition that threatened to end his NFL career. Luckily, it seems like he will be on the road to recovery.
The current New York Giants tight end was dealing with a life threatening condition in his foot known as MRSA, which is a staph infection that is antibiotic-resistant. He feared for his life and at one point it appeared as if the only way to save him was to amputate the foot infected.
However, Fells has made such great progress and was able to return home to his family.
