The Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver on Thursday dedicated a new playing field in Commerce City in honor of longtime Broncos owner Pat Bowlen.
“Pat Bowlen Field” at the Suncor Boys & Girls Club has a synthetic turf and will host many Boys & Girls Club team sporting events, including football, baseball, softball, soccer and volleyball.
Several members of the Bowlen family, including Pat’s wife, Annabel, were in attendance for Thursday’s dedication, which recognized his contributions to the Boys & Girls Clubs and the 14-year funding of the Denver Broncos Boys & Girls Club.
Owner Pat Bowlen’s long-standing commitment to helping youth was recognized today with a field dedication at the Suncor Boys and Girls Club.
