But first he’ll head back to Lawrence, Kansas.
The University of Kansas announced Tuesday that Talib will be inducted into the athletics program’s Hall of Fame and be added to its Football Ring of Honor. Talib — along with entire 2007 football team that won the Orange Bowl, offensive lineman Anthony Collins and former head coach Mark Mangino — will be recognized when Kansas hosts Southeast Missouri State on Sept. 2.
