Bengals TE Tyler Eifert told reporters on Friday that he wants to return to Cincinnati next year and mentioned that he loves his teammates, coaches, and the city, per Geoff Hobson.
As for his back injury, Eifert said there are no long-term concerns about his back after he recently underwent surgery. The doctor told Eifert that he okay to resume playing when he’s fully recovered.
“No, I’m not,” Eifert said, via Katherine Terrell of ESPN. “Doc said I’ll be recovered to 100 percent, so I was happy to hear that.
