With a man advantage, United scored the equalizer in the 89th. The Crew has won three red-card appeals this season: Defenders Michael Parkhurst and Tyson Wahl were vindicated in April. The three-member review panel includes unidentified representatives from the U.S. Soccer Federation, Canadian Soccer Association and Professional Referees Organization.
