TORONTO -- Anton Khudobin has been almost a forgotten man for the last two-plus weeks. As Ben Bishop shined in net for the Stars, Khudobin has been riding the bench, more commonly found in the random spaces backup goaltenders occupy than in the crease. He's become a Russian morale-booster, handing out fist bumps after periods and flinging saucer passes to Tyler Seguin during warmup.
During the Stars' 2-1 win over Toronto on Thursday night, though, Khudobin owned the night.
Khudobin made 31 saves against the Maple Leafs, including 11 during Toronto power plays, to boost the Stars to their second consecutive road win.
