WHISTLER, B.C. - Ken Hitchcock is a patient man...to a point.
The new/old Stars coach has been remarkably positive about his team's uneven start, because he says he sees so many good signs. But after getting off a 6-5-0 record after 11 games, Hitchcock continues to hammer the need for better.
"The record is not near indicative of how we have played, but it is what it is," Hitchcock said. "We've had to endure a lot of heartbreak on losses where we have played well. There are a lot of things we like, but there are nuances we have to change.
