The Dallas Stars will be represented by just one player being sent to the NHL All-Star Game in Los Angeles this year: Tyler Seguin. Seguin currently sits 7th in the league in overall scoring (41), seven points back of the leader (Connor McDavid of the Edmonton Oilers).
He’s the only one that is top 20 in scoring in the NHL on the Dallas roster, with the next highest being his partner in crime Jamie Benn. With the way the season has gone for the Dallas Stars, fighting for a last Wild Card spot instead of leading the Central Division like last season, it’s not surprising that they got just the required one representative for their team.
