Further evidence that Texas is satisfied with its new forward pool came today as the Stars assigned Tony Calderone to the Idaho Steelheads. The first-year forward has made two previous appearances with the Steelheads, totaling 14 points in 18 games. Calderone had not played for Texas since March 17th.

Forward Tony Calderone has returned to the Idaho Steelheads on assignment by the Dallas Stars (NHL) from the Texas Stars (AHL), Steelheads Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations Neil Graham announced Thursday.
Calderone, 24, has played in 33 games with AHL Texas this season, posting five goals and five assists for 10 points with one game-winning goal.
