If it's March in Cedar Park, you can almost always bet that someone from the Upper Peninsula is making their way to the Texas Stars on an ATO. This year is no exception as Texas announced today that they have signed defenseman Michael Karow to an amateur tryout.
Karow was previously at Boston College before transferring to Michigan Tech for his final season. Current Stars forward Joel L'Esperance also went to Michigan Tech.
