Stars Score a Touchdown, Beat Wild 7-4 on Monday Night Hockey

Jake Oettinger and Cam Talbot were lit up like a pair of Christmas trees, as the Dallas Stars outdueled the Minnesota Wild 7-4 in Dallas.

Joe Pavelski opened up the scoring on the first shot of the game, and Esa Lindell doubled the lead on the second. After a single save by Jake Oettinger, Ryan Hartman scored on Minnesota’s second shot. After ten minutes of “quiet,” Kevin Fiala tied the game up, only for Tyler Seguin to reclaim the lead just a minute later.

Roope Hintz scored eight minutes into the second, but Kirill Kaprizov fired back with roughly 2:30 remaining in the period.
