The Stars will hold their summer Development Camp in Frisco July 7-11 this year.
All of the sessions are open to the public. This year’s first round pick, Denis Gurianov, will not be in attendance because of obligations to his team in Russia.
One interesting note is the fact three players from South Korea have been invited. Jim Nill is friends with Jim Paek, the former NHL defenseman who served several seasons as assistant coach with the Grand Rapids Griffins and is now head coach of the South Korean national team, and the invites are because of Nill’s relationship with Paek.
