Our first trade of the day is now in the books. The Ottawa Senators traded Robin Lehner and David Legwand's contract to the Buffalo Sabres for the 21st pick in the draft. The Sabres acquired the 23 year old to be their starting goaltender which, under most circumstances, is a reasonable asset to acquire for a first round pick.
The Dallas Stars first round pick is the 12th pick in the draft. It's a highly coveted asset, and probably the most highly coveted asset the Stars would be willing to move.
