Martin Hanzal is short on time to develop chemistry with Stars teammates, Dallas falls to Wild 5-1

Ken Hitchcock likes to deal in forward pairs. By getting chemistry amongst two players, Hitchcock has a base on which to build his lines, but also still has the ability to adjust to hot and cold streaks, as well as to what the opposition is doing.

"I never look at threesomes. I look at twosomes," Hitchcock said. "I think because of individual matchups and advantages you are looking for, you have to be flexible with the third guy on the line."

Hitchcock likes Jamie Benn and Tyler Seguin together. They've built that chemistry for four years, so it's no surprise.
