On Sunday, the Dallas Stars sent goaltender Landon Bow down to the AHL after his one-game backup stint in the NHL on Saturday night.
For now, Philippe Desrosiers will hang out on the Texas Stars roster, and that seems like a good call. Idaho doesn't play until Wednesday in Colorado. In my opinion, as a reward for his good work this season so far, he should stay until Tuesday's morning skate and then head to Loveland for the Steelheads game.
It will also give goalie coach Jim Bedard more time with Desrosiers.
Here's the release:
Dallas Stars General Manager Jim Nill announced today that the club has reassigned goaltender Landon Bow to the Texas Stars, Dallas' top development affiliate in the American Hockey League (AHL).
