Ken Hitchcock has been very careful with his criticism of Alexander Radulov in the last few games.
Radulov is a good player who made a couple of bad plays, and the coach simply wants him to clean up a few messes so that he can get even better.
"You just gotta look at it big picture-wise," Hitchcock said. "What he brings to us is exactly what we need, and when there is a faux pas or a mistake, you gotta deal with it."
Radulov on Saturday took two penalties late, and that contributed to a 2-1 overtime loss at Philadelphia.
