The Stars entered Tuesday's contest against Calgary with one power play goal in their past eight games. It's a huge concern for a team that has plenty of skill and doesn't seem to be using it.
"We're too slow. We're too slow," Stars coach Ken Hitchcock said after the team went 0-for-4 against Winnipeg Saturday. "Everything we do is too slow. We'll figure it out."
Hitchcock used Monday and Tuesday to work on the power play and said he liked what he saw.
"It was outstanding," Hitchcock said. "We rotated the puck quick. We found open people.
