In a lot of ways, the Stars may have wasted a beast-mode season from captain Jamie Benn

Jamie Benn prowled like a tiger in a cage Tuesday night.

The Stars captain had just been hooked on a breakaway to give the Stars a power play down one goal in the second period. Coach Lindy Ruff put the second power play unit on the ice, and as Benn got to the bench to wait his turn, he couldn't sit down. The veteran winger leaned on the boards barking instructions, he paced back and forth, he yearned to get back on the ice and make a difference.

And 88 seconds after drawing the penalty when he finally returned to the ice, Benn set up Tyler Seguin for the tying goal.
