'If we had a whistle...': Stars won't be clouded by Ben Bishop's spill, but plenty of questions loom

Ben Bishop laid on the ice in his crease, his blockered right hand reaching for his left shoulder and his gloved left hand supporting it beneath. He rolled from his left side to his back to his right side and swiveled back, squirming in pain as the Stars' hopes of ending their second-round series sailed away with a 4-1 loss in Sunday's Game 6 to St. Louis.

In the third period of a one-goal game, Bishop suddenly found himself helpless, instantly incapacitated and dropped to the ice by a Colton Parayko slap shot to his left collarbone or shoulder.
