Stars coach Lindy Ruff was asked about several injuries today, and the Stars could have some lineup changes Thursday against Colorado.
Defenseman Kris Russell has missed seven games with a foot injury, but Ruff has been very cautious with Russell. He said Russell is ready to return, which means that there is a chance Jordie Benn or Patrik Nemeth come out of the lineup.
The Stars also called up Curtis McKenzie from the AHL on an emergency basis. Patrick Eaves was hit by a shot Sunday against Anaheim and is day to day.
