Goalie Ben Bishop sets new Stars record after shutout in regular-season finale against Minnesota

Stars goaltender Ben Bishop returned to the Dallas lineup during Saturday's regular-season finale, making 24 saves in a 3-0 win over the Wild, his seventh shutout of the season.

Bishop will finish the regular season with a .934 save percentage, 1.98 goals against average and a 27-15-2 record. He set a new franchise record for highest save percentage (previous was Marty Turco's .932 in 2002-03) and tied for fourth in Stars history in GAA and shutouts.

"It was a good year as far as that's concerned," Bishop said. "I felt good all season. Obviously, would have liked to have played a couple more games, but at the same time, you can't really control that, but you can control the way you play when you're in the net.
