Whether you’ve been a Dallas Stars fan since the team came to Big D in 1993 or just picked them up one or two years back, everyone can agree on one thing: this season sucks.
Last night was the first time in it seems like forever that I got up and left my TV mid-game. The Stars, with extremely small hopes of making the postseason, were picked apart and humiliated by the Edmonton Oilers. A 7-1 final score was a pretty clear indication of how this season has gone for Dallas: down the pipes.
In the postgame interview session, Tyler Seguin talked about how he had thought the loss to the San Jose Sharks was rock bottom, but that the loss to Edmonton was a whole new monster.
