As I mentioned in the article this morning, the Texas Stars lost a lot of players in the first few days of free agency. Out of all my years of following the Dallas Stars AHL affiliate, I’ve never seen so many players leave the team after a season. Jim Nill decided to start filling in those vacancies this weekend by signing some AHL veterans to help guide some of the rookies that will be making the team next season. Let’s take a look at some of the moves Jim Nill made over the weekend.
