The Dallas Stars are preparing for the June 21st expansion draft as we speak, as new head coach Ken Hitchcock mingles with the front office as far as which players will best fit in his system.
The Stars will see at least one contracted player be selected to play for the 31st franchise in the National Hockey League, the Vegas Golden Knights. Under the NHL’s mandates, Dallas can only keep a maximum of seven forwards, three defensemen, and one goalie.
