For the last couple weeks, it seems the Dallas Stars have constantly been in the crossfires of some important decision, breaking news, or significant event. It’s all snowballing first into free agency, which opens in just a few short (or long, depending on how you feel about free agency) days. But beyond that, the Dallas Stars are working toward a season that is getting a lot of special thought, consideration, and planning beforehand.
All of that is good and well. And after last season, who wouldn’t want to see some careful rethinking and evaluation of strategy in Dallas?
