Well, it was not what most people were expecting, but at least it’s something.
There were multiple reports over the past few days telling that the NHL would release the complete 2016-2017 regular season schedule today, but it did not happen. Instead, a change was made and only the home openers for each team were released. The rest of the schedule will be out tomorrow.
But hey, any taste of next season is good enough for us. The Dallas Stars will once again kick off their season at the American Airlines Center with a challenging opponent. On October 13, 2016, the Stars will play their first home game of the season against the Anaheim Ducks.
