The Dallas Stars’ hockey season might be over, but some of the players are still hitting the ice overseas at the World Championship.
For instance, Radek Faksa had a career-high three points for the Czech Republic in yesterday’s win over Austria:
Faksa’s goal 6:30 into the first period gave the Czechs a 1-0 lead and held up as the game-winner... Faksa also assisted on a power-play goal that extended the Czech lead to 4-0 in the second period and then picked up an assist an even-strength goal pushed the lead to 8-0 in the third.
