That was not a great end to the road trip, which wrapped up last night after 5 games (2-3 record) and 11 days on the road. The Stars were dominated in the first period, and then showed some life in the second and third but could never catch up. Hopefully the bonding time in Colorado and western Canada will prove valuable throughout the season so there can be a positive to take out of the trip. The Stars are back home on Saturday in a 1999 Stanley Cup rematch against the Sabres.
