Jake Oetting played great again. The Dallas Stars have picked up a point in each of their past two games. But at the end of the day, the team still lost to the Chicago Blackhawks. Again.
“I saw a lot of good things tonight, but there are no moral victories and we’re out of a playoff spot,” said Stars coach Rick Bowness. “We’ve got to keep fighting and pushing until we get back in that spot.”
When it comes to shortened seasons, each game always counts a little more. But with this year’s division-only format, wins are even more important.
