The Dallas Stars secured two points in last night’s 4-3 overtime against the Carolina Hurricanes last night, and it’s all thanks to Jamie Benn. The captain was involved in every Stars goals, posting three assists as well as the game-winning goal.
This is just the latest of several phenomenal performances from Benn, who has been leading the Stars in their late season charge to secure a playoff spot:
“I think his game has gotten better and better as the season has gone on,” [Joe] Pavelski said. “He’s been really good. He’s taken control of that line and he’s been skating, making a lot of good plays.
