The hits just keep coming. We already knew that Jamie Benn was “a little dinged up” after the team’s loss to the Panthers Saturday night, but the Stars captain is now officially day-to-day with a foot injury. Here’s how the captain described it:
"Little bit of a tweak in my foot last game," said Benn, who did not practice Monday. "We'll just take [it] day by day. We've got a couple days here [before the next game]."
The good news is that Antoine Roussel should be headed back into the lineup soon.
