The Dallas Stars take on the Nashville Predators tonight at the American Airlines Center. It’s the final game for both teams before the holiday break, so both clubs will be looking to enter the break on a high note.
The league-wide break will run from December 24-26, meaning that no NHL hockey will be played until December 27th. It’s all a part of the annual tradition in the NHL that allows hockey organizations to enjoy the Christmas holidays without worrying about any action.
And after playing 35 games or so over two months, it’s a well-deserved rest.
