Typically development camp is immediately after the draft in July, but again, COVID threw off the offseason in a major way. The Dallas Stars announced this week that development camp will take place next weekend as they also released the roster.
In conversation with Texas GM Scott White earlier this week, he told 100 Degree Hockey that the same roster for development camp will head to Traverse City for the prospects tournament the following weekend.
The roster is full of players expected to skate for the Texas Stars this coming season, as it always is. The roster is almost all Dallas Stars existing prospects or Texas Stars signees with the exception of Luka Profaca.
