Dallas beats Philadelphia, with help from Robertson hat trick

The Stars came home Saturday night and defeated the Flyers 5-1 in what head coach Glen Gulutzan called, “their most complete game from start to finish this season.”

Dallas moved the puck efficiently and spent most of the opening twenty minutes in Philadelphia’s zone, peppering goalie Dan Vladar with pucks.

Lian Bichsel put Dallas on the board early in the first period, working in tandem with Alexander Petrovic and Justin Hryckowian, and scored his first goal of the season. Earlier Saturday morning, Gulutzan said he thought Thursday’s game against Montreal was the best he had seen the young defenseman play.
