The 24-year-old is in a game of musical chairs with Gemel Smith and Remi Elie, and was odd-man out for four games. On Wednesday, he returned to the lineup in place of Smith with the hope that he can find a way to convince coaches he needs to stay.
"It's a bit of a challenge, but you're happy to be back in. I'm ready," Ritchie said of the experience of practicing and watching games from the press box.
"I've just got to keep playing my style of game," he added. "Whatever I'm being used for that night, do that every night.
