Allen, Texas – The Allen Americans open the ECHL Kelly Cup Finals today against the South Carolina Stingrays at 4:05 pm at Allen Event Center. Tickets are on sale at www.ticketmaster.com or call 972-912-1000 for more information.
The Americans are appearing in their third straight finals appearance and fourth trip in six seasons, first as members of the ECHL. The Americans defeated Wichita two seasons ago in seven games, and Denver last year in five games. Americans Captain Jamie Schaafsma is making his seventh straight finals appearance.
