Allen, Texas – The Allen Americans look to even up the ECHL Kelly Cup Finals tonight at 7:05 pm at Allen Event Center. The South Carolina Stingrays took Game 1 in regulation on Sunday, 4-3.
The Americans find themselves down in a finals series 0-1, for the second year in a row. The Americans dropped Game 1 to Denver last season 5-4, and then went on to win four straight to take the series in five games.
“We’ve been here before,” said Americans Captain Jamie Schaafsma. “We know what we have to fix from Game 1, and we will be better tonight.
