As it is for any hockey player, Adam Cracknell's NHL debut was memorable.
And yet Tuesday's game against his old team, the St. Louis Blues, might be even more important to the 31-year-old forward.
Cracknell was with the Blues Dec. 15, 2010 when they played the Detroit Red Wings at Joe Louis Arena. He logged just 5:54 in ice time, but found a way to be plus-1 in a 5-2 loss. It was a pretty good night for the ninth round draft pick from Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.
But fast forward six years and 165 NHL games, and Cracknell can be just as proud of his role on the Stars this season.
