The Dallas Stars made a huge splash on Friday night in the opening round of the 2017 NHL Entry Draft, selecting defenseman Miro Heiskanen 3rd overall and then trading up from 29th to 26th to take goaltender Jake Oettinger.
Day two is today, with the Stars holding picks in the 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th rounds. They traded their 3rd round selection last night in the deal to move up and take Oettinger.
