SAN FRANCISCO -- Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry left Saturday's game against the Dallas Mavericks at the end of the third quarter after suffering an apparent left knee injury.
Curry sustained the injury with 2:01 left in the third after his left knee collided with Dallas' McKinley Wright's knee while Curry was defending him.
X-rays came back negative, the team said, but he did not return to the game. Curry will undergo an MRI as his next step.
The star guard finished his night with 21 points in 7-of-11 shooting and seven assists.
