The Mavericks are in China and, as always in a foreign land, there are pieces of culture that crop up that are outrageous, unique or just downright weird.
In these periodic updates, we hope to bring a few of those off-beat moments to you. Some will involve the Mavericks' players. Some will just be random happenings to the traveling party from the Dallas news media covering this event - mainly myself and ace photographer Smiley Pool.
