When the Dallas Mavericks decided to let the 10-day contract of Manny Harris expire and they signed Jarrod Uthoff to a longer deal, this naturally opened up a roster spot for Dallas.
Before the San Antonio game on Friday night, Mavericks owner Mark Cuban spent time with the media where he raised some eyebrows in regards to the roster.
As the media session was wrapping up, Cuban casually said “We got some other surprises coming roster wise.”
This is dealing directly with the open roster spot and adding a player to the roster.
But with three games left in the season, what does bringing in a guy for that amount of time do for the franchise?
