There are few Mavericks fans unhappy with the signing of DeAndre Jordan.
The former Aggie will be welcomed with open arms as a feared defender and skilled rebounder.
But there’s one aspect of his game that causes some to roll their eyes — free throws.
Jordan is a career 39.7 percent free throw shooter after seven seasons with the Clippers. His best season came in 2011-12 when he shot 52.5 percent from the line.
It’s an area of Jordan’s game that, to be frank, needs work. Fortunately for Mavs fans, the center appears to realize that.
