Dirk Nowitzki doesn't have time for emojis. Heck, sometimes he doesn't even have time to put on something other than Crocs before he heads for American Airlines Center.
In an interview with 105.3 The Fan on Wednesday, Nowitzki said that the first time he wore Crocs to the arena was a total accident.
"I usually wear those in the yard, so people don't see me much. When my daughter wants to play, I'll take her out and it's rained a little bit and it's a little wet, so I put on my Crocs," Nowitzki said. "And one day I must have just not paid attention and I walked out in my Crocs and went to the arena.
