The home woes continued for the Dallas Mavericks on Monday night.
The Utah Jazz built a 23-point lead late in the second quarter, then held on to defeat the Mavs, 123-119, before a sellout crowd of 19793 at American Airlines Center. It was the fourth loss at home for the Mavs in their last five home games and dropped their overall record to 32-22.
The Mavs host the Sacramento Kings on Wednesday before resting for the NBA All-Star break.
Utah wasted little time in taking control of this game as it led by as many as 23 points in the first half.
