DALLAS – The NBA announced today that Mavericks guard/forward Luka Donu010diu0107 was named the Kia NBA Western Conference Rookie of the Month for games played in February. He has now garnered the award in each of the first four months of the season and becomes the first Maverick to receive the honor four-or-more times in a year (Jay Vincent held the previous franchise record with three Rookie of the Month Awards in 1981-82).
Donu010diu0107 (6-7, 218), who turned 20 years old on Feb. 28, averaged team highs of 24.4 points, 9.4 rebounds and 7.4 assists per game in eight games (all starts) in February.
